Job summary

Digital Silk - Growing Brands Online is seeking an amazing Email Marketing Specialist to develop, implement and update campaigns for our US-headquartered, remote-friendly team.

We require 5+ years of email marketing experience, proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365), and strong English communication. You will manage campaigns, segmentation, and reporting while aligning with international compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant email marketing experience.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics365.
• Experience managing marketing automation programs and email deployments.
• Extreme attention to detail in testing and quality assurance.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with updating and manipulating HTML and VML for emails.
• Strong understanding of international email compliance laws and how they tie to marketing practices.
• Ability to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks).

Responsibilities

• Lead email marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage client email activities, including lifecycle, engagement, and promotions.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to create campaign messaging and newsletters.
• Segment audiences for better engagement and results.
• Utilize email automation software for campaign optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Optimize lead nurturing workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email KPIs.
• Establish a reporting framework for data-driven recommendations.

• Support marketing campaigns with email and landing page creation.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.
