Synergy Construction in Madrid is seeking an Electrical Tender Engineer to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial EPC tenders. You will review RFQs, project specifications, and P&IDs to define the mechanical scope of work, while developing accurate material take-offs and cost estimates for equipment and installation works.

In this role you will issue inquiries to local and international suppliers, evaluate bids and negotiate terms to optimize competitiveness,

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of tendering or proposal experience in the EPC sector.
• Experience with cleanrooms, dry rooms, HVAC systems, or chemical plants is valued.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to analyze project requirements, specifications and drawings.
• Familiarity with Spanish regulations and European standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication with suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial EPC tenders.
• Review client RFQs, project specs and P&IDs to define the mechanical scope of work.
• Prepare quantity surveys and cost estimations for equipment and installation works.
• Issue inquiries to suppliers, evaluate bids and negotiate terms to optimize competitiveness.
• Identify technical risks and value engineering opportunities during bidding.
• Prepare schedules and execution plans to support tender documents.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering and project management to ensure alignment.
