nVent seeks a highly skilled professional to support customers using electrical CAD driven software. You will address issues across channels, supervise case progress with vendors, and deliver training and services for customer implementations.

The role emphasizes educating users via blogs, videos, and webinars while driving strong customer success and engagement in the enclosure and automation space. English and Spanish fluency required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience; experience with electrical design tools preferred.
• Experience in post-sales implementation and support, and applications engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Understand challenges faced by prospects, customers and the industry related to electrical CAD software.
• Address customer issues via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Supervise progress on customer cases raised to vendors and 3rd parties.
• Build and deliver software solution training and professional services.
• Author blogs, videos, podcasts, and webinars to educate users.
• Drive customer success with excellent interactions and experience.
