Siemens EDA is seeking a dynamic Support Application Engineer for the Xpedition Enterprise and EDM tool suite. You will work with customers to resolve tool issues, educate users, and contribute knowledge content for the web-based support portal, while collaborating with account teams to drive product usage.

The role requires strong PCB design tooling knowledge, English and Spanish language proficiency, and a willingness to travel.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of electrical system design.
• Experience with PCB design tools (Xpedition Enterprise, Cadence Allegro, Altium).
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel and communicate with customers in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for Xpedition tools by phone, email, or on-site.
• Help customers meet project deadlines with timely technical assistance.
• Engage with customers to optimize PCB design methodologies.
• Collaborate with account teams to resolve issues and educate users.
• Create knowledge content for web-based support portal (articles, papers, videos).
• Participate in meetings with customers and internal teams to communicate solutions.
