Siemens Energy Spain is seeking an experienced H&S Documentation Manager for site locations Alcudia or Castellón. You will ensure contractor documentation meets CAE requirements and legal obligations before granting site access.

In this role you will support the H&S Manager, coordinate documentation, audits, and communication between contractors and the project team to maintain safety and compliance across two sites.

Formación

• Experience managing access and document control on site, especially CAE.
• Strong understanding of labor and safety legislation.
• Ability to review contractor documentation for compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure contractors and personnel comply with access procedures and CAE documentation.
• Coordinate and verify documentation before granting site access.
• Organize and track PPE, medicals, and training for site personnel.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and project team to manage documentation status.
