Siemens Energy Spain is seeking an H&S Document Assistant to support CAE documentation and site access across Alcudia and Castellon. You will verify and validate contractor documentation, coordinate with the Health & Safety Manager, and maintain control of access and safety records throughout the project lifecycle.

Formación

• 3+ years of access management and document control on site, CAE.
• Basic level training in occupational risk prevention.
• Strong knowledge of documentation control, access procedures, and safety legislation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with focus on written documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure contractors meet CAE documentation requirements for site access.
• Collect Occupational Risk Prevention docs and verify access.
• Organize PPE, medical exams, and trainings for personnel.
• Stay updated on CAE and risk prevention regulations.
• Identify risks from incomplete documentation and drive compliance.
