Teleperformance Spain is seeking a motivated Inbound + Outbound Sales Representative in Barcelona with a focus on ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, and Workspace for Education products. You will build a robust pipeline, engage prospects through calls, emails, and social channels, and qualify needs to convert opportunities for the education sector.

The role requires 1 year of sales experience, fluency in English, and a strong French (C2) level.

Qualifications

• French: C2 level
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• 1 year of experience in a sales development, inside sales or sales outbound role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite

Responsabilités

• Generate and qualify education sector opportunities for ChromeOS and Workspace products
• Lead generation and outbound/inbound prospecting via calls, emails and social channels
• Qualify needs using BANT/ANUM and convert to opportunities
• Collaborate with Google and internal teams on product offerings
• Maintain CRM data in Salesforce and ensure smooth handoffs to sales teams
• Meet targets in a fast paced, results-driven environment
