Dragons Group is hiring an experienced Account Manager to lead eCommerce and Retail Media strategy for a portfolio of FMCG brands. You will act as a trusted advisor to the client, shaping growth strategies and ensuring best-in-class execution across retailer platforms and marketplaces.

The role requires strong digital commerce expertise, content optimization, and performance analytics, with experience in agency environments preferred.

Formación

• Experience in digital commerce/eCommerce marketing within FMCG desired.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands/categories and balance priorities.
• Experience collaborating with retailers and marketplaces (Spain) such as Amazon, Carrefour, Alcampo, El Corte Inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Lead eCommerce retail media strategy for a portfolio of brands.
• Build ecommerce foundations across brands and optimize content for digital shelf.
• Plan and optimize retail media campaigns across retailer networks.
• Develop dashboards and provide insights from sales, content, and media data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client initiatives on time and quality.
