Commerce-UI is seeking an experienced eCommerce Consultant to be the strategic voice for leading brands, guiding the roadmap and commercial outcomes. You will own client relationships post-launch, translate business needs into roadmaps, and collaborate closely with Design and Tech leads to deliver influential solutions.

You’ll be a senior thinker who blends strategic insight with hands-on execution, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of shaping both client roadmaps and our own offerings.

Formación

• 5+ years in eCommerce across brand, agency or consultancy settings.
• Strong grasp of modern commerce stacks including Shopify and headless setups.
• Strategist mindset with focus on business outcomes, not just delivery.
• Data-driven with ability to read analytics and model CAC/LTV.
• Empathy, sharp communication, and written content creation.
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients post-launch and drive quarterly reviews.
• Diagnose problems beyond deliverables and shape roadmaps to address underlying issues.
• Turn client insights into briefs and guide productization or service evolution.
• Bridge strategy and execution with Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs.
• Influence commercial outcomes including client health and retention.
• Stay close to industry trends in DTC, Shopify Plus, headless and AI in commerce.
• Contribute to new business pitches with strategic depth and client storytelling.
• Create written content to position Commerce-UI as a strategic voice in DTC.
