Jobtailor is seeking an experienced eCommerce leader to own and optimise retail media across brand portfolios. You will drive online sales, enhance digital shelves, and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to clients in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with major Spanish retailers and strong expertise in content management, dashboards, and performance measurement.

Formación

• Experience in digital commerce or eCommerce marketing, ideally within FMCG.
• Hands-on with major Spanish retailers and marketplaces (Amazon, Carrefour, El Corte Inglés, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Retail Media ecosystems, analytics and measurement.
• Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce and digital shelf practices.
• Retail Media planning and optimisation experience.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Project management and organisational skills.
• Results-oriented with high attention to detail and speed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own eCommerce retail media management across a portfolio of brands.
• Build eCommerce fundamentals across portfolio brands.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate online sales and improve digital shelf performance.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and performance.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Lead content creation, optimisation and management across retailers.
• Ensure product pages are accurate and brand-aligned.
• Monitor content performance and implement improvements for discoverability.
• Coordinate content updates, launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Plan, activate and optimise Retail Media campaigns across retailer networks.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies and retailers on dashboards and insights.
• Develop dashboards providing actionable eCommerce insights.
• Analyse sales, content, search and media data to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and actions for clients.
• Lead regular business reviews and performance presentations with clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional creative and production teams.
• Develop monthly plans for ongoing optimisation and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage timelines, priorities and deliverables across projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and quality.
