ScaleJet is representing a fast-growing ecommerce Health Care brand seeking a commercially minded Creative Director to lead the creative function across the ecommerce business. You will own the complete creative direction of the brand across paid advertising, websites, email, organic social, marketplaces, product launches, and other customer-facing channels.

The role focuses on maintaining a strong brand identity while improving commercial performance, developing creative strategies and assets

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall creative vision and execution across the ecommerce business.
• Translate company goals into clear creative priorities and plans.
• Develop quarterly and monthly creative roadmaps.
• Lead creative concept development and campaign planning.
• Review and approve high-priority creative assets.
• Create clear, actionable briefs for internal and external creative teams.
• Partner with growth, marketing, ecommerce, product, customer service, and leadership teams.
• Analyse creative performance using advertising, website, email.
