Dragons Group in Barcelona is seeking an experienced eCommerce & Amazon Marketplace Performance Specialist on a temporary contract. You will own end-to-end Amazon and marketplace performance for a leading FMCG brand, focusing on refrigerated and perishable categories.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution across advertising, listings, and content. You will collaborate with creative and account teams, translate performance data into actionable insights, and drive growth across markets,

Formación

• Senior-level Amazon marketplace experience specifically with FMCG, grocery, food, or beverage brands.
• Strong hands-on operator, not purely strategic, comfortable executing across advertising, listings, content, and optimization.
• Deep Amazon Fresh and perishable/refrigerated category knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end Amazon and marketplace growth strategy.
• Develop and execute growth plans across platforms.
• Identify category expansion opportunities and drive market share growth.
• Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
