Jobs By Nordics AB is seeking a Dutch-speaking IT Sales Specialist to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). You will be the first point of contact for clients, guide SMBs through digital transformation, and help them succeed with cloud technologies.

You should have 1–2 years in IT sales or related roles, be fluent in Dutch and English, and be familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. Relocation support and a modern Benalmádena office are offered.

Formación

• Dutch and English bilingual or proficient.
• 1–2 years IT sales or account management experience with proven success.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• Nice to have experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a strong first impression.
• Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients by leveraging your sales expertise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
• Identify and act on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to help shape future solutions (voice of the customer).
