AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale squad. You will design AI agents to analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, and generate corrections to probes and patterns with testing guardrails, while building observability agents for MID Server health and coverage.

Applicants should have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience, CMDB/CSDM data quality know-how, and strong Python plus API skills to drive scalable solutions across millions of

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery of at least 4 years.
• Experience with Discovery Patterns/Probes and MID Servers.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM data quality and relationships.
• Observability tech: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana.
• Advanced Python development and REST API design.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to integrate Gen AI APIs and understand RAG concepts.
• Infrastructure know-how: Linux/Windows, networking basics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and results at scale.
• Develop agents to classify failures, troubleshoot, and identify root causes.
• Create capabilities to correct Discovery probes and patterns with testing guardrails.
• Convert runbooks into reusable agentic workflows reducing manual investigation.
• Design agents to continuously assess MID Server health, throughput, and coverage.
• Collect, aggregate, and interpret metrics and telemetry from Discovery and data sources.
