AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale squad responsible for discovering infrastructure targets on daily/weekly schedules. You will design AI agents to analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, and generate corrections to probes and patterns with guardrails and approvals.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, and CMDB/CSDM data quality, plus observability tooling proficiency.

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience of 4+ years including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, and CMDB/CSDM data quality.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM data quality and relationships in ServiceNow.
• Observability stack experience with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze Discovery logs, execution results, errors, and failed discoveries at scale.
• Develop agents capable of classifying and correlating failures, performing troubleshooting, identifying probable root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Build capabilities for agents to analyze and recommend or generate corrections to ServiceNow Discovery probes and patterns, with testing guardrails and human approval before production changes.
• Convert runbooks and recurring troubleshooting procedures into reusable agentic workflows to improve Discovery reliability.
• Design and build AI agents that assess the health of the Discovery ecosystem, including MID Servers and discovery schedules.
• Develop agents that collect, aggregate, and interpret metrics from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring platforms.
