Xiaomi Technology in Valencia is seeking an experienced e-commerce lead to drive strategy, operations, and seasonal campaigns. You will align product propositions with marketing initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams to launch initiatives successfully.

You will analyse market trends, optimise campaigns using data insights, and work closely with sales leaders to boost brand awareness and online sales in the local market. Mandarin proficiency is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Project management skills and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse market competition and perform SWOT to differentiate propositions.
• Understand local market trends and consumer behaviour; deep dive into campaign data to optimise performance.
• Leverage online/offline resources to increase mi.com brand awareness in local markets.
• Conduct insightful reports and present data-driven suggestions to sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
