Xiaomi Technology in Spain seeks an experienced e-commerce leader to drive sales strategy, online operations, and seasonal promotions for mi.com. You will leverage deep product knowledge to design campaigns, update product propositions, and coordinate end-to-end launches with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze market trends and user data to optimise campaigns, build insights reports for sales leadership, and help cultivate a local shopping culture that boosts brand awareness and online

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Mandarin is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee e-commerce sales strategy, operations and seasonal promotions.

Descripción del empleo

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
