Xiaomi Technology is seeking a driven e-commerce and product marketing professional in Spain (Basque Country, Vitoria) to lead local online strategy, campaigns, and product propositions. You will work with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, analyze market trends, and optimize sales performance while ensuring Xiaomi brand presence in local markets.

The role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, 5+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in Mandarin.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and local market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee e-commerce sales strategy, operations, and seasonal promotions.
• Update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and essential e-commerce manoeuvres.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for end-to-end project management and launches.
• Analyze market competition and perform SWOT to differentiate propositions.
• Deep-dive into local market trends and campaign data to optimize campaigns and sales strategy.

Descripción del empleo

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users;
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of e-commerce. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Mandarin is a must
