Xiaomi Technology is seeking an E-Commerce Operation Manager in Ourense, Spain to drive online sales strategy, product propositions and seasonal promotions for mi.com. You will work with local and global stakeholders to launch campaigns and optimize performance.

The role requires deep understanding of e-commerce, 5+ years in online operations or marketing, strong communication skills, and Mandarin is a must. This position is based in Ourense with a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online operation.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.

• Develop and manage e-commerce sales strategy and operations.

Responsibilities Overview

e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions; With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre; Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns; Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition. Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy. Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users. Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Qualifications
