Xiaomi Technology is seeking an E-Commerce Operation Manager in Ourense, Spain to drive online sales strategy, product propositions and seasonal promotions for mi.com. You will work with local and global stakeholders to launch campaigns and optimize performance.

The role requires deep understanding of e-commerce, 5+ years in online operations or marketing, strong communication skills, and Mandarin is a must. This position is based in Ourense with a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online operation.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage e-commerce sales strategy and operations.
• Define product propositions and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate end-to-end projects with stakeholders for launches or campaigns.
• Analyse market trends and SWOT to differentiate propositions.
• Monitor campaigns performance and optimize sales/operation strategy.
• Utilise online/offline resources to boost mi.com brand awareness locally.
• Prepare insightful reports for sales leaders on branding and operations.
