Xiaomi Technology in Madrid (Coslada area) is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to lead sales planning, online operations and product marketing for our portfolio. You will align with stakeholders to execute campaigns, optimise campaigns performance and drive brand presence in local markets.

You should have 5+ years in e-commerce, a bachelor's degree, Mandarin proficiency and a mix of self-motivation, problem-solving and startup-drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Mandarin is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions.
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre.
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns.
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.
