Xiaomi Technology in Galicia seeks an experienced e-commerce leader to shape and execute online sales strategy, manage campaigns, and refresh product propositions across Xiaomi's portfolio.

You will coordinate with marketing, product and sales stakeholders to launch campaigns, analyze data, and drive growth in a fast-paced startup setting; Mandarin is required. The role demands strong project management and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of e-commerce experience in online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing.
• Self-motivated, result-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions.
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre.
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns.
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.
