Xiaomi Technology in Galicia, Spain seeks a seasoned E-commerce Strategy & Operations professional to drive online sales, product propositions, and seasonal campaigns for mi.com in local markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze competition, and optimize campaigns based on data.

You’ll leverage deep product understanding, stakeholder management, and strong communication to grow brand presence and sales in a fast-paced start-up-style environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferrred.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mandarin is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions.
• With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre.
• Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns.
• Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.
• Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.
• Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.
• Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.
