Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in e-commerce marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with CMS or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of social media marketing campaigns, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers.
• Help manage and update website content, including product information, blog posts, and promotional banners.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Help manage online advertising campaigns under the guidance of the marketing manager.
• Respond to customer inquiries received through social media and email channels.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaign concepts.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department as needed.
