Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
• Proven track record of driving significant e-commerce growth through diverse digital marketing initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email automation, content strategy, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation and remote collaboration skills, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, affiliates).
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
• Define target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns to engage them effectively.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, ensuring brand consistency and resonance with customers.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track ROI to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative) for integrated marketing efforts.

• Identify new and emerging digital channels and technologies to drive growth.
