Job summary

Essity is seeking an E-commerce Account Specialist to join the Sales team in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona. The role focuses on developing e-commerce initiatives, with an initial emphasis on Amazon, while working with well-known brands and gaining broader FMCG exposure.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure successful campaigns, with a hybrid model offering 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, sales or account management.
• Experience with Amazon, marketplaces or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong numerical and Excel skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of e-commerce initiatives for Amazon and prioritized accounts.
• Assist with assortment, pricing, merchandising and promotions across platforms.
• Analyze sales and online performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market activities within the online channel.
• Track digital performance indicators, including search ranking, product content and availability.
• Support creation and maintenance of high-quality product content, images and digital shelf execution.
• Prepare reports and analyses using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure successful execution of e-commerce projects.
• Build effective relationships with customer contacts together with the Sales team.
• Over time, support regional/local accounts and gain exposure to traditional FMCG sales activities.
