EBRO SUV is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (Junior) to join our Digital & CRM team. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, the Project Manager, and development teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate them into practical CRM solutions supporting our digital transformation journey.

The role focuses on bridging Business and IT during the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality CRM outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Functional Analysis, Business Analysis or CRM projects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Experience creating User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience managing Product Backlogs and project tracking using Jira.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and process improvement.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops and meetings with different business areas.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, automation and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Tasks and Bugs following Scrum methodology.
• Manage and maintain the Product Backlog in Jira, ensuring full traceability of requirements.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify functional requirements and support implementation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and validate functional deliverables before Go Live.
• Maintain functional documentation, business process flows and solution documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and technology partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business users in the adoption of new CRM functionalities and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
