Veltech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work on a global Commercial Insurance CRM project. You will collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement and operate CRM features and integrations aligned with the client's strategy.

The role uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with monthly production deployments in an Agile environment, and the team is distributed across Zurich, London, and Spain.

• Ability to work in distributed, international teams.
• Fluent English written and spoken skills.
• Spanish or German language skills a benefit.
• Experience in Office 365/ Power Platform integrations a benefit.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to enhance the CRM through requirements elicitation, functional specs, and change management.
• Support the technical team on solution design and validation, including test case reviews.
• Deliver platform integration demand from Commercial Insurance and Corporate Life & Pensions stakeholders.
• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to implement CRM features.
• Drive usage and coverage of core entities to generate sales insight.
