Avanade in Madrid is seeking a Dynamics 365 ERP consultant to translate client needs into effective configurations. You will prototype processes in D365 F&O, run client workshops, and ensure requirements are reflected in system specifications.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the technical team and hands-on training for users. The ideal candidate has at least one full-cycle D365 F&O or AX implementation, strong consulting and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, or strong experience as a user in the Advanced Warehouse Management module.
• Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner.
• Experience leading teams onshore or offshore is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Transform business requirements into a technical model aligned with application needs.
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to fit client requirements.
• Run workshops with clients and stakeholders to design solutions and address gaps.
• Collaborate with the technical team to incorporate client needs into specifications.
• Document processes and prepare clients to use the system; support testing and user training.
