Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Dyson in Greece to deliver world-class technical support and premium service to Dutch-speaking customers across Dyson's range. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, troubleshoot, and act as brand ambassador, with training provided, relocation support, and a competitive monthly salary including 13th and 14th salaries.
This remote Greece-based role requires fluent Dutch and strong English, with an EU passport or Greek work

Responsibilities
- Deliver expert support to Dyson customers across Dutch-speaking regions.
- Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain understanding of consumer electronics trends to guide product usage.
- Handle multi-channel inquiries (voice, email, chat) with professional communication.
- Act as brand ambassador for Dyson and build customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to feedback on product performance.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs aligned with premium service standards.
