Qualifications
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) required.
- EU passport or valid Greece work permit.
- Experience with CRM software and digital channels.
- Excellent communication, remote-work capable.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality Dutch-speaking support across digital channels in Customer Support Services.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting and product inquiries.
- Identify upsell opportunities with a consultative sales approach.
- Handle complex customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with international teams to improve service standards remotely.
- Maintain detailed customer records in line with privacy guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training on emerging technologies and digital trends.
