You will handle high-level technical support, manage inquiries via phone, email and chat, and educate customers on telecom offerings and digital infrastructure solutions. A relocation package and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• A passion for telecommunications technology and excellent digital literacy.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills in a professional business context.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a distinct advantage for these Dutch-speaking jobs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex telecommunications services and equipment
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint
• Educate customers on the latest telecommunications product offerings and digital infrastructure solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our advanced CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical outages or connectivity issues for our clients
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of telecommunications service delivery standards through feedback and insight
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving telecommunications industry trends and service protocols
