Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• EU passport validity is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to live and work in an international environment.
• Experience in customer support is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support services to clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve complex consumer inquiries with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
