remoteo is recruiting on behalf of a client for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents in Málaga, Spain. You will be the first point of contact for customers’ mobile, internet, and TV questions, handling phone, chat and email inquiries with a friendly, service-minded approach.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B1), with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. The role offers a permanent contract, a hybrid working model after initial on-site

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch, written and spoken (C2 level).
• Good working English (B1 level).
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• The legal right to live and work in Spain.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Answer enquiries by phone, chat and email in a timely, courteous manner.
• Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customers feel heard and well looked after.
• Where appropriate, recommend suitable products and upgrades with the customer’s needs in mind.
