Lighthouse in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking outbound Sales Development Representative to drive early pipeline and set meetings for our Business Development Managers. You’ll hunt, qualify, and nurture prospects across the Dutch-speaking hospitality market, using AI-enabled tools and a modern revenue stack.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of outbound sales experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Hunt and build pipeline for the Dutch-speaking hospitality market.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off to BDMs for product demos.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve activity and conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to optimize the sales process.
• Own outreach, meetings, and pipeline quality; maintain clean data in CRM.
• Prospect using multi-channel messaging in Dutch and English.
