Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Ads and Onboarding Specialist fluent in Dutch to manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business. You will onboard new clients and advise on PPC strategies for immediate impact and long-term growth.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• C2 level Dutch and high level English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience in target-driven environments.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and improving CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients as a trusted advisor and develop strategic PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth by outbound calls; upsell and increase client spend.
• Engage with the Dutch market to identify customer needs and offer adapted solutions.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate customer data in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Cultivate long-term loyalty by building strong stakeholder relationships.
