The lemon Consulting is seeking a Business Development professional for a hybrid, Barcelona-based role. You will drive outbound sales, engage potential clients, and qualify needs to guide them toward suitable solutions.

This position is based near the World Trade Center, offering a dynamic, multilingual market focus across EMEA. You will nurture relationships via calls and emails, maintain robust customer data, and compete for growth through regular follow-ups and strategy insights.

Formación

• Dutch language proficiency required with good English skills.
• 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to leverage CRM tools to engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
