The lemon Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development professional to be the first contact for businesses across EMEA. You will identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and guide them toward the right solutions via outbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, building a customer database, and documenting interactions while maintaining follow-up and competitive strategies.

Formación

• Proficient Dutch language with good English; French a plus.
• 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Able to work autonomously and meet goals.
• Strong CRM experience with CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
