Qualifications

• Advanced Dutch proficiency (C1/C2) with strong business-level English.
• Experience in B2B client relationships, sales growth, or digital marketing strategy with CRM.

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding: guide new clients through setup and long-term goals to tailor campaigns.
• Stakeholder outreach: communicate ROI with corporate decision-makers and propose optimal solutions.
• Campaign optimization: build, test, and refine Google Ads, adjust bidding and audience segments.
• Analytics & reporting: evaluate KPIs and present data-driven optimization ideas to maximize ROAS.
