Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Strategic Google Ads Consultant & Onboarding Account Manager to partner with expanding Dutch-region clients from our oceanfront World Trade Center office. You will guide onboarding, drive product adoption, and help clients scale their digital presence while building an international career.

This hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH) offers a base salary of €23,876 plus a €3,408 performance bonus, relocation support to Barcelona, private studio

Qualifications

Proven work experience in B2B account management, digital consulting, or sales using CRM.
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English; GDPR awareness.
Strong communication, data-driven marketing analysis, and digital tools literacy.

Responsibilities

Onboard new accounts with structured digital ad strategies.
Engage executive stakeholders to prove ROI and platform value.
Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for ROAS.
Translate analytics into actionable optimization recommendations.
Maintain precise records in the CRM and track progress.
Provide Dutch market feedback to refine regional campaigns.
