Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Consultant & Onboarding Account Manager to drive onboarding and growth for Dutch brands. You will manage portfolios, optimize campaigns, and expand client presence from our World Trade Center office in a hybrid setup.

Join a fast-paced international team, work directly with client executives, and develop skills through Google platform certifications while contributing to retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency (C1/C2) and business English for collaboration.
• Proven experience with B2B relationships, sales funnels, or online strategy using CRM.
• Solid grasp of Dutch business practices and GDPR compliance.
• Clear written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with cloud platform applications and KPI-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Dutch accounts with target setting and digital ad plans.
• Maintain active communication with executives to illustrate results and tools.
• Build, supervise, and optimize Google Ads campaigns start-to-finish.
• Interpret performance data and provide actionable ROAS recommendations.
• Keep CRM records and pipeline milestones up-to-date with precision.
• Provide market insights to internal teams for planning.
