Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Consultant & Onboarding Account Manager. You will lead onboarding, manage client portfolios, optimize campaigns, and drive adoption of digital ad tools to scale client presence.

This hybrid role offers a 39 hours per week schedule, relocation support to Barcelona, and extensive training to earn Google platform certifications. You'll liaise with Dutch and English-speaking stakeholders, analyze performance data, and present results to

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level and ability to present in English.
• Experience with B2B relationships, sales funnels, or online strategy operations using CRM systems.
• Understanding of Dutch business practices and GDPR compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain high energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and develop structured digital ad plans.
• Maintain active stakeholder communication and demonstrate marketing results.
• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and targeting.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable ROAS improvements.
• Keep CRM notes and pipeline milestones up to date.
• Share market observations on Dutch developments with internal teams.
