Job summary

Ignite in Barcelona is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Strategic Google Ads Consultant & Onboarding Account Manager. You will architect onboarding for enterprise accounts, grow campaigns, and showcase ROI while guiding clients through adoption and expansion.

Based in a hybrid Barcelona hub, you will collaborate with Dutch-marketed accounts, optimize campaigns, and drive expansion opportunities. A fast-growing, international environment with certification training is offered.

Qualifications

• Native or C2-level Dutch with fluent business English.
• Proven history in B2B client relations, sales development, or digital marketing consulting using CRMs.
• Strong communication, data-driven marketing analysis, and tech fluency with modern digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and initial setup for new accounts with clear objectives and tailored ad strategies.
• Maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers, share performance insights, ROI, and recommendations.
• Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns, refine bidding, test variations, and target audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements to ROAS.
• Track client interactions and milestones in CRM; relay Dutch market feedback to product teams.
