Fluent Dutch and English are required, with experience in CRM-driven B2B contexts. The role offers relocation support and a hybrid work arrangement at the World Trade Center Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 Dutch; fluent business English.
• Proven B2B client relationship or digital marketing consulting experience using CRM.
• Strong communication and data analytics skills; tech-fluent with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding: lead initial implementation for new accounts with objectives and customized digital strategies.
• Stakeholder outreach: engage high-level decision-makers with ROI insights and tailored ad solutions.
• Campaign optimization: build and refine Google Ads campaigns; optimize bidding and audience targeting.
• Analytics & reporting: generate data-driven optimization proposals to boost ROAS.
• CRM records: maintain client interactions and milestones within CRM infrastructure.
• Regional insights: report Dutch market observations to product and strategy teams.
