Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to clients within the international transportation and logistics sector.
• Manage inquiries regarding shipments, delivery tracking, and complex route coordination via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensure seamless communication between transport providers and end-users to maintain service excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve transportation-related issues with speed, empathy, and technical proficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in line with global logistics standards.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer satisfaction scores within the transportation industry.
• Uphold the premium service values expected of our clients in the logistics and transport sector.
