Specsavers in Málaga, Spain, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international team in Benalmádena. You will handle Dutch calls, chats and emails, assist with orders and payments, and maintain precise customer records.

Your role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of Specsavers, helping customers across different channels. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch.
• Supporting customers via Live Chat and email.
• Helping customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
• Handling calls transferred from Specsavers stores and accurately recording customer interactions in the ticketing system.
• Making customer satisfaction your number one priority and looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Following established procedures and processes while delivering a high-quality service.
• Working closely with your team and communicating effectively across different channels.
• Working towards and achieving your individual and team performance targets.
• With time and training, you may also have the opportunity to support customers through Social Media.

What we're looking for

• Permanent Spanish employment contract with all applicable benefits.
• 19,623€ gross annual base salary + up to 1,800€ gross annual bonus.
• A progressive bonus structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your total annual compensation.

• Rotating schedule: Monday-Friday: 08:00-21:00 hs Saturday: 09:00-17:00 hs.
• Two weekends off every month.
