Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Málaga is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an international role in travel and hospitality.

You will assist customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat, resolve booking questions, and deliver a high-quality experience; training is provided and you will work remotely from your home country after onboarding in Athens.

Relocation and accommodation support are offered to help you settle, with rotating shifts and an international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Willingness to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
