Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support a leading international travel and hospitality project. The role is remote from your home country after training and requires fluent Dutch and English.

You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, handle bookings, and contribute to a friendly service. Training is provided and onboarding may involve travel to Athens; relocation support is offered and the team operates in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
