Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support an international travel and hospitality project. The role is remote from your home country after full training, with onboarding in Athens.

You will assist customers in Dutch and English by phone, email and chat, resolve booking questions, and maintain a friendly, high-quality service. Training is provided and relocation support is offered for candidates moving abroad.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.
• Ability to travel to Athens, Greece, for onboarding.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
