Concentrix in Benalmádena, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team delivering high-quality support for healthcare brands.

The role offers full-time hours with rotating schedules between 08:00 and 19:00. We provide full paid training on the company and the project, with career development programs and language classes to support your growth. Salary is 22,600 gross/year plus up to 3,700 euros gross/year in bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
• Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations
